How do I renew my membership?
If your account was cancelled due to any reason (user requested, rebill failure, etc) then the only way to renew your account is to sign up for a new membership. The administrators do not have access to your credit card information so they cannot set up a new membership for you.

Another website is posting TailHeat's stuff.
If you have found a website that is posting our material, chances are it's illegal. We only allow two other sites to repost our stuff: MikeyandMandy.com and our print agent RabbitValley.com.
When people repost our work, it's a direct threat to our wellbeing, even if it's just a single image. We all require the profits from tailheat.com to survive. Less money for artists means less artwork for subscribers.
Not only is unauthorized sharing and reposting of tailheat.com art bad for our finances, it's illegal. We can't afford to police the web 24/7, but we can and do offer site access credit to those who find pirate sites that are not already on our list of offenders.
